Dr Hendrik Prinsloo, is an expert witness, adjudicator, author, and professor. During his career, he was involved in some of the world’s most prestigious construction projects. One of his career highlights was helping to realize Nelson Mandela’s dream to develop a heritage precinct that is seen as a global icon of humanity and freedom.

Dr Hendrik served as President of the Associated Schools of Construction and on several industry bodies. He is a recognized international speaker and his research has been presented at more than 15 international conferences. The unique delay analysis model he developed has been the topic of several professional industry organization training courses.

His latest book ‘Construction Delay Analysis Simplified’ (available on amazon in 11 countries), is a popular resource for delay claims worldwide. Some of his works have also been published by major trade publications and media streams.

Dr Hendrik is a recipient of the prestigious extraordinary ability green card, issued by the United States Government to a select few for exceptional achievements and contributions showing evidence of sustained national and international acclaim. He is currently based in San Diego, California where he spent his time as expert witness, construction claim consultant and author.
